How is STAK ERP priced?
A flat monthly subscription per business, with a set number of users included — 1 on Free, 5 on Starter, 15 on Growth and 40 on Pro. You are not charged per module.
What happens when I need more users than my plan includes?
You'll see your seat usage (for example "Seats used: 12 / 15") in your workspace. When you reach your limit you can upgrade your plan or purchase additional seats.
Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately once payment is confirmed. You only pay a prorated amount for the rest of your current billing period, and the new features and seats unlock straight away.
What if I downgrade?
You keep every feature and seat of your current plan until the end of the period you've paid for. The lower plan then starts automatically on your next billing date.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Mobile Money, debit/credit cards, bank transfer and ShrinQPay. Card and bank-transfer details are entered on our payment provider’s secure page — not on STAK. For bank transfer, follow the provider’s instructions there; STAK activates your subscription after the payment is confirmed. Sensitive payment details are never stored on STAK servers.
Is my data secure?
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are securely hashed, and role-based access control ensures each user only sees what they should. Plan entitlements are enforced on our servers.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from Subscription & Billing. You keep access until the end of your current paid period.
